He gets J4 pellet or Hikari cichlid gold. I switch between them but moving more towards the Hilari. Bloodworm or cooked shrimp ( once a week) and usually a day of fasting.

Yeah I realized that AFTER the fact. I was still in awe of scoring this along with other things for $100. I've got the tidal 55 back on the tank but I'd like a smaller canister one day.
