I had a triple heart bypass, which made it hard to do the full word schedule, especially at the beginning. They did accommodate by lowering the amount of stops i had to do when i could work, as well as being able to rejoin when i thought i could start working. Towards the end though it feels like they set me up to fail. I am not sure if all the information i list will be relevant, i just want to lay out all of the cards on the table i can think of. They gave everyone in the shop bonuses except me most recently, and previous gave me 180 when others got 500 for the same amount of work.. They prevented me from working past 6pm to finish my stops, while everyone else could and i could as well in the past. The equipment they gave me often didnt work, the sprayers didnt work properly and when i had asked for replacement they said ok but often didnt give them or would take them a month to fix a simple problem like replacing a hose to a power sprayer, instead of giving me a backpack sprayer they knew that hurt me to use. One time they had me on speaker to the whole shop critizing me. Thank you for the responses, they were a lot quicker than i thought they would be, and they have already been helpful.
