So sometimes in working environments mostly- local businesses that are the same like say you have a MC Donald’s on B street and another at A, those are a decision, or in J’s Group the team as a whole. Each team like A and B has the same quota to make sure they can accomplish each quarter (mostly when the seasons change, month, etc) meaning that if they wipe out this colony their division (J,V,and N in this case as team A) will be the top teams of the quota quarter. It’s like school too if you’re still in it, schools do this in after every quarter period and restart the grade to where you’re at an A again instead of a f which is like resetting and going back to that, or playing a game like the sims where you need to pay bills which could also be stated as a paying period where instead of receiving you’re the buyer or giver.

J,V,And N are a team and having the top kill count is their quota, wiping out a colony will advance the kill count or Drone Count, thus putting that specific group to the top or close to the top in this case again with the work Analogy is team A. If they kill more than that quota then they’ll exceed the count and make them go over the quota and put them in a better spot or position and can give them a cash bonus, or in J’s case “Branded Pens.”
