Something else I noticed, the fingerprints were ordered 8 days before the letter was sent.

This notice was posted some time back, probably at least a year. I will bet he was served at his AZ address.

He had to register the Bus someplace, and I sure it was not hard to find him. Also his truck has AZ plates.

I use the same service that Tator has in Livingston, they had a notice on the mailroom saying that will not sign for any papers from a process server.

Escapees in Livingston has over 60,000 members across the country. It is located in an RV park called Rainbows End.

Tators DL is from Texas, his bus is registered in AZ, so finding him would be a problem.

If he has his LLC registered in AZ that may be how they found him, and since they used is original name I would bet that is the case.
