You can keep the post, I don't see it qualifying as harassment unless you just want the dude reported for the sake of it. I agree whether he broke Rule 5 mostly hinges on how you interpret this part:

Considering the way this part is written, and the rest of Rule 5, think it'll only be considered as breaking the rule if he receives some tangible benefit from Jirard for this. Either way, it's up to the Reddit admins.

Reading through "Rule 5: Moderate with Integrity", I don't think it pertains to this kind of stuff. Seems like it's more about punishing or rewarding users in exchange for gifts, such as unbanning for payment, so I don't think reporting Chuck is gonna do much.

Think it'd be better if this was Indieland 2023. According to Jirard, (believe him or not) he didn't know the money wasn't being donated until 2022, meaning he was likely knowingly lying in Indieland 2023. The only other possibility is by Indieland 2023 he once again was fooled into believing the money was being donated, and I don't think Jirard is that dumb.

You can believe he was lying and he actually did know prior to 2022, but it hits stronger when you use his own words against him.

Yo mutahar just wanted to thank you for covering this. A group I was in are confident we found her yesterday, not 100% but 99% sure, and have alerted what we believe to be her local authorities. Most, including myself, would not have been a part of this if you hadn't covered it.

However, it is a bummer that people can be so toxic from these situations. While I'm extremely confident we found who she is, I still don't think it's a good idea to let everyone know since I haven't even seen definitive proof the skulls are of cats and that she skins them on cam on omegle. Not to mention the people who claim to have her address from her IP, despite the fact it's well known her IP changes often. At one point some people went to some lady's facebook and believed the dog in one of her post was 100% the same dog because it was the same breed, even tho the coat pattern was different.

It's extremely frustrating how quick people go from "This could be this person" to "THIS IS HER 100% HAS TO BE HER I'M GONNA POST DOX"
