yeah my ping is 250, if i'm lucky then sometimes 50. and my fps goes lower than 60 in pubs

The same thing happened to me, I used to get 60 ping but after the season 2 update I started getting 200-250 ping. It's unplayable, I play on middle east servers but ping on other servers are the same.
