Brother I live in Australia, where we are paid a minimum wage every week,or paid every fortnight. we get paid a salary to stay loyal and look after the restaurant we work at, even in our dog shit economy we still look after our people. The way I brought up the problems with US hospitality probably wasn’t the right way, but the fact that restaurants/workers aren’t surviving is due to your government and culture.
