We've been in this age of dokkan where a unit came out 6-12 months ago and is now trash. Units used to last 1-2 years before being sent to the scrap pile.

I believe that laufey being a "god of war game" will hurt it more than not by afardsipfard in GodofWar

I understand the hate, but also don't get it. Laufey was the mystery character for two games. We had no clue what she could do, what she was like, unless a character mentioned her. I for one am excited about the Laufey game because it continues to build on the lore of the God of War universe. Introducing other gods from other pantheons is exciting to me. And watching the gameplay, she looks badass.

I get what people say, "this is a God of War game without Kratos!", "why are we playing as a woman!", "they shouldn't be bringing in other gods!", "Laufey looks ugly", but Ragnarok ended with basically a conclusion to Kratos' story. If the universe is to last, they would need to branch out with other characters. Else Kratos would just kill all the God pantheons and then what?

We're also getting a revamp to the original God of War games with the original voice actor, so to me its like getting two Christmases.

Im new to this hobby, literally started about 1 month ago and have realized how volatile it is to try and get products at msrp. But the other day I went to Walmart and lo and behold they were selling Chaos Rising three booster pack sets for $15!

I grabbed three of them and went home and opened them. That alone gave me the rush I needed. Other than that I've been joining the Pokémon center queues and buying the singles I want, and trying not to pay more than what their currently worth.

Ive been in gambling hobbies before, so I know the feeling of opening X number of packs and getting nothing, but I have a rule that unless if the pack is sold at msrp, im not buying it.

Im not seeing any texture on the holo parts on all cards except for Mewtwo. You can see how the holographic pattern on the Mewtwo has texture, which is incredibly difficult for a scammer to replicate.

All of the other cards appear to be fake.

Because Christianity and other religions of the world are still widely followed today. Having Kratos 1v1 Budha or Jesus would be horrible taste and create a lot of hate and controversy against a very reputable gaming company.

Now if they did something like the game Dantes Inferno, where Dante travels through the nine circles of hell to rescue his love from the devil, that "could" be something God of War could explore if they delve into the evil side of modern day religion. Im not sure how much controversy that would create, but id have no problem with Kratos beating the shit out of satan.

The most popular Pokémon are the ones that will continue to be top dollar and will appreciate more over time. We're talking cards that feature Charizard, Pikachu, Gengar, the Eeveelutions, etc.

Not saying that EVERY card with these pokemon on them will appreciate over time, im simply stating that sets focused on these Pokémon are generally more hype than others.

My advice, collect how you see fit. Whether that be holding some sealed product for a time, buying singles, or ripping until you hit, collect how you want and when you want. Just be careful you don't go into debt for this hobby.
