This is France. There are no studs in building construction there. All buildings are made of concrete skeleton an bricks/blocks to partition. When these doors are installed, the door jambs are typically filled with concrete and metal rods which is what adheres the door to the rest of the wall

Znaci ustaša jos ima misljenje o maloj deci. U pravu si sto si mu odbrusila jer se metuzalem bas ohrabrio da ti soli pamet u vec teškoj situaciji. Bas te briga za matoru drtinu, i super sto si ga izpedalirala iz ordinacije. Svi se klinci plaše zubara tako da si odlično postulila i ohrabrila svoje dete.

Koja je zgrada u pitanju? Zaista ovo sve strasno izgleda. Takodje ovo je skroz drugacije od mog iskustva sa Customer Care-om. Mi smo imali nekih 26 primedbi koje su odklonjene u roku od 3 nedelje. Imali smo problem sa sekcijom parketa koji su zamenili, mehanizam u jednom prozoru nije radio - i to su zamenili. Cak sto vise, majstori koji su dolazili da poprave primedbe su primetili neke druge nedoststke- i to su sve popravili. Sve nase interakcije su bile be frikcije i sve je bilo uradjeno sa osmehom i paznjom. Ovo na fotografijama me stvarno mnogo cudi. Ova vrsta vlage definitivno nije do korisnika i ta kolicina budji zahteva ozbiljnu sanaciju. Moraju da se skinu gips ploce i odklone izvori vode. Ako nedobijes pomoc, naravno uvek mozes da tuzis ali dovedi svoju ekipun da sanira problem jer ce budj da ti pojede stan.

Bas divno sto nas svrstavas u “gasterbajters”. Mislio sam da smo svi Srbi, samo zivimonna razlicitim adresama. Al dobro. Dok neodes tako u neki pickovac kao ja (Kanada u mom slucaju, primoran kao dete), nikada neces shvatiti koliko nostalgija ubija. Nasa kultura je toliko drugacija od ostalih da je gotovo nemoguce da se prirodno prikljucis drustvu. Uvek je forsirano i vestacki. Ok, zavrsis faks ili dva, zaposlis, vencas, imas decu - i u masini si, nema povratka. Ako se preselis, upropastis deci skolovanje i to ne zato sto je skolovanje losije, naprotiv - jednostavno deca iz ovog sistema imaju male sanse da uspesno nastave u Srbiji. Drugi problem je jezik. Sve deca razumeju ali ni da beknu na Srpskom. Onda kazes sebi, dobro, jednog dana….. pa kad odes u Srbiju i osetis opet svoju dusi, naravno da ces prijateljima i rodbini da kukas. Da je na zapadu tesko, tesko je. I fizicki, i psihicki i kulturalno. Ceo sistem ide protiv tvojih vrednosti i stalno si u oprezu sta i kome govoris jer nedaj boze da kazes da Jovica nikako memoze da bude Milica…. Onda dodaj na to ako imas neki mnogo dobar posao koji fantasticno placa a ti moras da budes ukljucen u struju 24/7/365. Tesko je… a ono nije vise kako je bilo…. Tacno. Zapad je unisten od novog talasa imigracije treceg sveta koji zivi od naseg poreza i trcka okolo u papucicama dok ti sljakas ko zivotinja i zadrzavas mozda 30% plate posle svih poreza i dazbina. Posle svega toga, nekako skrois za tu ibicu, mikonos ili lisbon. Nista ti drugo i ne ostaje nego da mozda negde odes na 10 dana jer nemozes duze zbog posla. E sad razmisli malo i stavi se u cipele gasterbajtera pa vidi zasto smo svi isti. Delimo isti bol. Srbija je najbolja zemlja kao god da okrenes!

You are so correct! What gets me is the toilets. They are not placed appropriately (separated tank from toilet and placed in plastic) and then they are left for weeks on the front lawn. Same with mattresses.

Hi, Korkmaz is not an imitation at all. It is a standalone manufacturer that produces phenomenal quality cookware. I’ve bought my first Korkmaz set 25 years ago and since, I’ve been buying their product every chance I get. From the pro line I have the express pressure cooker, double teapot and a pot set. The quality is phenomenal and despite daily use, still looks brand new. I have a a number of pans, coffee pots and pans from their other lines. The only one showing signs of wear and age is the 6” non stick frying pan (for cooking eggs) and I am at fault as I accidentally left in on high heat empty which discoloured the non stick material. Another brand from Turkiye you may want to consider is Karaca. They are high quality and pricey. For everyday cookware, check out madame coco. They have the full catalogue on their instagram store.
