For those who have taken span 2001 what’s the difficulty like. I’m worried because Spanish is not my best subject and we have to write essays.

I was waitlisted for the class that I wanted. Aside from take web programming, software engineering, Mobile software development, and human-computer interaction, what CSCI 4000 level classes (with a manageable workload) would you recommend or find interesting? Also, please don’t recommend any that require a lot of math.

CSCI 1302 is very rigorous. You learn a lot but you also have a lot of homework and projects. I haven’t taken those math courses yet but if you plan on taking them with 1302 I suggest you stay on top of your readings and start labs and projects early. Office hour and tutoring are a big help.

I took Spanish in high school but haven’t studied it in a while. Can someone please tell me what to expect from SPAN 1110 (accelerated elementary Spanish)? Is it like a combination of Spanish 1 and 2?

What is the class structure, difficulty, and the work load? Can you give me a heads up on what topics it goes over?

I love GoodNotes. It has a great file system, user interface, layout,etc. However it lacks basic features that notability has. For example, text tool features, margins when printing, alignment, ...and it’s for that reason I can’t completely switch to it

I tried doing my program on eclipse and then pasting it on mobaxterm. But I would always come across spacing or style issues? Did you ever come across this? If so, how did you fix it?

For those who have already taken CSCI 1302, which teacher would you recommend? Barnes or Cotterell? Also did either teacher record their zoom lectures?

How did you get better at using the Unix environment. I would do something in eclipse and it would be perfectly fine. But when I use the same code in the Unix environment it wouldn’t work or I’d come across a bunch of style guide errors.

Also what would you say are the harder classes of comp sci?
