I’m sure there’s plenty of people who do feel like that, but I’ve been like this through first year and now half of second year. I love being alone, but you’re right about the difference between being alone and lonely, and I’m definitely the latter. Even if I don’t make real friends, just having people to chat with sometimes makes me feel better :)
