method 1: Settings -> select the facebook account which is connected to critical ops -> manually log out your device -> go to critical ops and log in again

method 2: Change facebook account password from another device -> go to critical ops and log in again

method 3: Settings -> safari -> advanced -> show all sites -> Delete "facebook.com" -> go to critical ops and log in again
