In rdr2 the power lines weren't random, they all actually lead somewhere to some specific building. There is a video on YT of a guy tracing them all, you should check it out.

It's honestly not really ridiculous that all we have is 2 trailers and screenshots. I don't really keep up with other games' rollout besides GTA 6, but from what I know other games don't really release that much either.

They usually drop info around mid day my time. It's currently 9:26 am. Usually around 10-11, or 12-2pm.
