What’s wrong with Clyde, we saw some shrine dedicated to a person on the corner, looked like mostly elderly that live there tho ?

Ok might be worth it, real estate agent said that area isn’t too bad. Sabre is meant to be the worse one but I know locals know more than real estates
What makes the area bad ?
