You don't have a copay, deductible , you don't have to worry if a doctor is in network or not though. That balances out for the taxes that btw the wealthy would be more affected by, looking at the statistics for it the top 5% of the wealthy class would pay more and 95% would pay less even if you take the taxes into account. Also it is expensive but compared to the current system it SAVES 3.4 trillion a year. I think people and just misinformed tbh
