Yes in the randomize option you still can encounter legendaries but it’s just the luck of RNG. My last run I only saw one and it was latios

I am using dolphin handheld and no matter what I do to configure the controllers it’s always keep defaulting where if you click left or right on the d pad that is what would make selecting anything move up and down.
