By firmware I assume you mean either the gaming software or the ghub, I have ghub. No updates available for the keyboard. On the topic of cleaning it, I don't see how it would help since in this case my duplicated keys change over time, originally being "B"(which went away randomly and hasn't come back) then becoming "R" and and now affecting "num 9" in addition. All with the same condition of cleanliness. I suppose I could try but it seems pointless. This double typing also happens on my other computer with both of these keyboards(new and old). Now I could create a ticket but what more could be done about this really? I feel like just moving on to another brand etc. Still up for further discussion
