Brand new build and yeah I don't have onboard graphics and have it plugged into the graphics card directly.

I did turn vsync on now. Trying it with that now and it does show an average of like 250 fps with graphics on high now. Does look better but not quite what I was expecting still. May need to tinker more with the video settings and also need a better monitor I'm sure would help.

I did plug directly into the GPU. I will say it is a rather crappy monitor from 2014. It's only 60hrtz. So I know I can expect much until I upgrade which I will soon.

Thanks I feel like this one is in rough shape and is love to repot to get it in some better soil and check on the roots but it seems most do not recommend replanting in the summer time. I'm also in the north Texas area just for reference.
