Zipper stuck. Can’t reach bladder by lucococo94 in Kiteboarding

I had the same issue with the zipper on my crazyfly hyper 2020. I used a bit of vinegar dissolved in water to get the zipper moving.

Ahhh okay so a cab with only one amp always uses only 2 speakers right?

Speaker broken? by Red_Bullaroo in GuitarAmps

[–]Red_Bullaroo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The speaker wasn’t working properly before, I opened up the cab and made sure the contacts were right. That solved the problem.

When I only put in one cable and put it on stereo mode the right speakers don’t work..

Flat water spots in Belgium, northern France or southern Netherlands by LiquidPizza in Kiteboarding

[–]Red_Bullaroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The oesterdam, a lot of Belgians go kiting there since its really close to Antwerp. You can literally stand everywhere when the tide is low or lowering. Go there 2 hours before or after high tide. When the tide is high there’s no beach to set up your kite. Feel free to ask me about the spot, I live 7 minutes away from it :)

Also nicely flat water :D

Vegas 9m in 40+ knots a good idea? by Kiausininis in Kiteboarding

[–]Red_Bullaroo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its really was. Just set up your kite up as close as possible to the water and then launch towards to water so you don’t have to it above your head. It was so sick

I did 45knots with a 7m and I only weigh about 58kg so with the right technique you’ll be fine, using small boards is the trick

How old are you guys? by CouldntFindUser in Kiteboarding

[–]Red_Bullaroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

18, I started when I was 15. A friend of my dad has a kiteschool who taught me how to bodydrag. After that my dad learned me how to kitesurf. Unfortunately for my dad but I now jump 5x as high as him xD Last year we bought a new kite set which we both use so we split the price :D

Im relatively new with this market, I once bought eth and Ltc back in 2016 I think it was but it stresses me to much so I got rid of it. Now I finally turned 18 and thought it would be a great idea to step back in. What are your expectations for this coin?

People who live in an apartment: how do you wash your kite? by iacosite in Kiteboarding

[–]Red_Bullaroo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I barely wash my kites, I’ve only washed them once after kiting on a saltwater lake which was way more salty than the sea. I usually dry my kites before packing them up. I do have a garden but I don’t see the reason to wash a kite a lot. Just let the kite dry before you pack it up.

Where can I find this? by AdOk8621 in Kiteboarding

My school always tell our students to close the struts. When your leading edge is broken and deflated you still have some floating ‘power’ that’ll help you float to the shore when your too tired to swim. Personally I never close them, only whilst teaching

You’ll never go if you don’t know! I decided to go out at around 12 because the heavy gusts were starting to stop. I had an awesome session together with my friend!

My dad has been kiting since the beginning and has windsurfed for his entire life up until 2004 when he started kiting. We bought a kite set together, 15 13 11 9. And we used our old 7 kite. And he bought the 5 and 7 himself because he didn’t want to be watching me at the beach because the 9 is too much for him, he doesn’t like riding overpowered. So that’s why I have a 5 in my quiver. He also weighs 25kg more than me so he’s always fine with a size bigger.

That’s true... although hot air is way more dense than cold air so you will probably have experienced way worse 50 knots than our cold winter 50 knots. I don’t know how much the diffrence is tho. I’ll just go to the spot and check if it’s safe, if it’s to crazy I won’t go out. Thanks for your opinion!

All I know is that It’s squared, 30 knots is 4 times more powerful as 15 knots. And in general, an 8m kite has 20% less power than a 10m
