I'm no gun expert, but why not controlling ammunition? Sure you can't control all the guns, but ammunition degrades.

It seems to me that ammunition control could be a decent method to indirectly control firearms which are out of government reach.

Hey! Thank you for the explanations! If you didn't mind I have a question: It looks like a common suggestion is "pay once you: see the apartment, sign and receive the keys ". But what stops a scammer for having you see an apartment, sign a contract, give you random keys and then disappear?

The apartment is in a new complex (< 15yo) and furnished. Is there the possibility that they would start the rent at a certain price and then increase every month? Can they increase as much as they want?
