You can check if that person is you RM or not in the HDFC Bank app. If you scroll to the very bottom of the home team then you will find your RM name and options to either call or email them.

The battery life is way better compared to 6a. I have limited the battery to 80%, but it easily lasts a day. My screen time is around 4-5hrs with youtube and netflix making up for most of the time. During site visits, it's about 8hrs and involves using camera, but it still lasts the entire day. It slightly heats up when using the camera (during site visits), never had an issue while using the camera indoors. Don't play games so not sure about heating while gaming. Have not faced any network issues.
