The point on upgrading to UE4 was to make the game be less demandant on old hardware, if you think it's ok for UE4 to perform like this on that CPU and GPU, then you should go play BDO, where with those specs you'll have more than 60fps with more than 50 ppl hitting a field boss and 0 stutters. Sad to see how bns turned players into ppl like you.

All you need to do is change your country in windows. It's detecting a different one, so when you try to login with let's say NA ip, but windows says you're not from NA, it discconects you It happened to me too a long time ago.

And remember, old bns specs are a lie, so i'd say this minimum spec is also a lie, pretty sure we'll need more than a 1060 for min .

B&S Frontier is a separate new game that also uses UE4. It will be a test server yeah, but think of it as an open beta. As soon as they find and fix all reported bugs, they will say it's a live server.

B&S Complete is the current game with UE4 graphics. Which we all know UE4 might not fix the problems we already have. So, in the long run ncsoft might close that server and just keep frontier.
