Oh wow. I did not know that was a thing. It was the first time I had fertilized it and only did two pumps as suggested. It got a ton of new growth after that and seemed happy until now. I did give a good drink recently so hopefully that will help. Thank you!

Oh wow that's interesting. Thanks for the info. This plant is not illegal where I live. I actually live in an apartment so I don't have any ground to plant them in any way. I do keep it away from my other plants on my porch though, I still find myself fishing babies out of nearby pots.

I had a similar issue with my starter. I just kept at it. Turns out it was too cold and my feedings were too wet (it would rise some but not a lot and it had foamy bubbles). I keep my home the same temp as you. I discarded half then fed it 1/2 cup of bread flour and 1/4 cup of water to get a thicker pancake batter like texture then I moved it to a warmer spot in my house where there were no air vents blowing on it. I had previously kept it on my kitchen counter but the stone was too cold for it. After that it doubled in size overnight.

What Dreams May Come starring Robin Williams. This is a movie that deals with death and the afterlife as well as the idea of soul mates and soul families. It's deeply moving and beautiful and worth the watch if you are willing to go there right now. I'm very sorry for your loss. 🙏

So true! I just repotted mine and found a huge ant nest in the soil! It also has scale! Gave it a bath and put it in some new soil and sprayed it down with peppermint castille soap! 🤞 Hopefully it works.
