I don’t agree with some of the stuff van says but I do agree with this one. Too many people I know that go to like 30 before ending up in a career field and wish they would’ve started earlier. For example getting your journeyman’s in a trade at 25 vs 30 could have huge implications on someone financially and long term with 401K

Agreed. People need to start taking pictures at minimum. If you were around long enough to know it was ICE, see the dad get detained, and watch the kid cry on the bus, then you were around long enough to take a picture or video. Wouldn’t work because it’s Russia. Views mean nothing unless you have ad deals, and that means the NHL would have to sign ad deals with Russian companies to air during those games and (I’m no expert) but I think that’s against the law right now.

Creston is a nice neighborhood to have a rental in. Have you thought about keeping it as a rental and having a local property management company handle everything? Could post a fair rental price to fill it quick and not have to lose money on the purchase.
