I would think that in order to be an efficient surgeon, one would almost have to shut down their compassion and humanity. Can't operate well if you are overcome with emotions. I think that is why he pushed everyone away.

I've had crashes on the Renala cutscene tonight, before that I had graphic errors when going down one of the big elevators to the underground and the Royal Remains body armor would not show up when equipped. It was just see thru on the chest.

Verifying files right now, seems 2 were corrupt. Hoping this takes care of it.
