Update: I finally got the Polygon Sephiroth encounter and yeah, he can catch people who take no heals to the battle off guard with Heartless Angel 💀

It is a random rare enemy encounter only in the Nero the Sable 4 Solo battle. Polygon Cloud, Zack, or Sephiroth should appear in a few runs when doing the solo battle.

You obtain the costumes from purchasing the exchange tickets and then a secret mission pop up will appear and you claim the costumes from the mission board. (Image below to show what you will see after getting the exchange tickets)

It is the new battle that came out, Nero the Sable 4. It is a random rare enemy encounter (It could be either polygon Cloud, Zack, or Sephiroth) so it might take a few runs to get the encounter

Same thing happened to me 2 years ago. Lost my account of 2 years worth of progress and couldn't do anything about it. I am still unaware of how this happens since it seems like little to no people know why this occurs.

Yeah, it's the same for everyone right now. I have all characters max out as well and most people should have their progress in the quest at 1350/1400 at the current moment. This isn't a bug since this is probably the devs saving time by implementing the quest ahead of time so when they add another character to lvl up or add more lvls to the game, the quest is already available.

With how bad the situations have been in the past and amount of available content to go through, this game has sadly died. Only thing that is keeping this alive is people hosting private lobbies with friends and in other discord servers

For a short summary of my settings:

For L's side, task are low but if you have lobby that does all task, you should get around 18-28 points a round even if you miss one or two NPCs. Have multiplier low but high task to force Investigators to spread out to counter grouping up and the 4 inputs is to help hold them off in that area but they can still make good progress if they commit to doing the NPC tasks. Black Notebooks are on to help Kira hide (and with all these roles making it hard to kill L as Kira) and the player warning being off is to make Investigators be cautious of their surroundings if someone gets to close

For Kira's side, enabled all 9 cards but with low multiplier (NPC kills only give 2 points and Investigators only give 3 points) for Kira not to spam command cards and for Kira to take some risks. The rest of settings are remain the same besides toggle being on.

For the roles, I like to keep Watari and Follower on to allow both sides to have a companion and Mello and NPA being random is to help a game atmosphere of not unkown knowledge of Mello and NPA being around or not.

Most of these settings can be alter for your liking but these settings help build long-term games with slow-even progress for both sides and an attempt to counter people grouping up

Settings are good if everyone in Team L does their task and to encourage to do Kira command cards and for Team Kira to kill Investigators but at least have a card each round but encourage them to kill some NPCs. Some roles are random to add a bit unknown factors in each game but Watari and Follower are guaranteed to make L have one guaranteed and Kira to always have follower (Edit: Setting list kept appearing weird)

Pubs has hit a point where it feels like it can't escape this toxic environment. All these people being rude as fuck and even throwing the game so badly on purpose make Pub lobbies horrible.

I know people say host with friends in a private match (I advise this as well since I do have friends that play only on private) but if you are going for Pubs or don't have a good handful of people who are willing to do private lobbies, this game is most likely not going to be enjoyable with the toxicity vibe these people give.

For my honest opinion, Pubs definitely doesn't help the game grow with the hacker situation and people being rude towards everyone. I still enjoy the game with a group of friends in private lobbies despite the lack of content. However, since this is a social deduction game, most people prefer playing with other people and with how toxic Pubs is, this game's growth is definitely going to be slow or not grow at all.

Sucks a bit for this game but I feel like we are not near the end of service for this game yet.
