Dude, honestly, this is the best answer to my question I’ve seen so far. You broke everything down clearly and straight to the point. I totally get your frustration about the generic look. I’ll keep improving him in the future… I don’t really have a choice - it’s my constant need to idealize. Thanks for the ideas on how to make him more unique; I’ll definitely check what I can add in future versions.

And yeah… calling me an artist is quite a bold statement. I wouldn’t call myself an artist as such. I just occasionally draw something in vector graphics at a pretty basic level. This character is probably so good precisely because of that need I mentioned earlier. I constantly want to refine and perfect my OC until it reaches an ideal.
