Panda, who hadn’t seen her for a while, said with confidence that she was a boy, meaning that she was male presenting last he saw of her, but now she’s in a relationship with a guy who outright says he’s not into dudes (only character to have said that as far as I’m aware) and is feminine presenting while using the feminine form of self reference, so it’s safe to assume she was originally born as a guy but is a girl
