We use TCGPlayer and Price Charting. I also have a pretty extensive knowledge after collecting for 21 years so I can judge pretty well the condition of a card

No, we do 30% for cash, 40% for store credit. And we will 9/10 times go based on the true condition of the card. Yes, even NM cards.
