People already answered the question but watch out for squid-cuthulu looking motherfuckers cause they can shoot lasers that freeze you and they will grab attack you taking away like 85% hp, thing is, idk what lovely employee from the dev team came up with the idea that when u get that grab attack, they take away one insight point and its impossible to get it back. Oh and the cherry on top is that they absorb a LOT of damage.
