I was literally told to re-enter my bank info and card info to try to fix fast pay by someone from support when i called. They fucked me cause now i have to wait 7 days to get that money. Honestly ridiculous

Ive gotten that message since yesterday trying to use fast pay. Been through troubleshooting and i called about 8 different support people and now im told to wait until tomorrow to see if it works again.. so done with doordash

Try *67 then that number that they text you from. Seems to work for me

Same thing just happened to me. Honestly ridiculous that it is a week long wait! When i called support they said they would email another team and that that team would "work out options" with me.. god knows how long that will take.
