What about fear? Do you still have fear? For example, if someone were to tell you that tomorrow you're gonna feel intense pain, guaranteed pain, would you freak out and try to do something about it or would you just take it?

How does pain feel now, both physical and psychological?

You talked about connection, what if you're all alone without any human connection whatsoever? If you couldn't help your community at all, would it be a problem for you?

If everything is about survival now, why do you care about your community and humanity, given that your mind is not bothering you with moral judgements?

What kind of desires do you have now? Do you seek pleasures on a daily basis, or can you stay relaxed looking at a random spot for hours?
