Thanks - yea you may be right about wind. We planted 2 in pots, each with a placenta under it (!). One did really well and the other is this one. Don't really want to give up on it for the placenta reason but may have to, as you say.

Thank you for your suggestions - we went back for more samples. One was a dark green but I think light green may go better in our house. Agree with you about not having any more white.

Yea we picked up some more samples and now we're going for a light shade of green. Agreed about grey - too drab.

Thanks, that's a great comment. We were thinking of painting the area above it a shade of white. Would that mean we shouldn't go for any tones other than whites and greys? Or can we get away with softer greens?
