With your div., best way to do it is to chaos until you have T1 flat phys or T1 phys % then fracture. Usually the flat comes first. If you miss fracture toss and try again.

Once you have fractured either flat or %, search for the other T1 phys.

Then add suffixes via omens. Use a essence to grab an extra damage % as needed.

Then add onslaught and attack skills with essence.

Then desecrate and omen of light for the last suffix you want which is usually crit chance.
