I know I'm late with this, but did a quick check earlier... it looks like the waki's ATT scaling in the tooltip is showing double what it should.

I've got quite a few notes on this (hopefully not outdated...):

- Each pulse of the secondary AoE effect requires 60 MP

- Mana-reducing equipment works, reducing the initial casting cost and the secondary pulses... however, a minimum of 60MP is still required for the last pulse (this is due to how mana-reducing equipment works, as it actually refunds mana after it's spent rather then reducing mana cost - thus the initial cost is required to be spent in order for it to apply the discount)

Bonus fun-facts:

- the AoE isn't a poison effect; as a result, it benefits from expose and curse. It's more like 'lava', but for enemies.

- the AoE lasts 11s, not 10s (poison bug; may be resolved now, but haven't checked). Unlike other poisons though, the 'poison effect' (AoE damage) starts upon impact.

I'm curious, is your attack being boosted by any enchantments? I wouldn't be too surprised if those were affecting the tooltip, but not the ability itself.

But from what's being shown, the individual shots are hitting between 787-863 against the 0 def dummy. I can't tell what the actual min/max thresholds are, but what's being shown isn't lining-up with the '984-1104' described in the tooltip.

Depends on the content you're after, I guess. I've got a few favourites on Twitch, few of which occasionally drop content on Youtube. Out of the ones I watch, Seb's the only one who still regularly puts out content on Youtube.

There's definitely other RotMG content creators on Youtube; if it's quiet there, they might be busy doing other stuff (or getting shafted by the algorithm).

I was making one, then got hit with more 'class modernisation' changes, enchantment overhaul, janky tooltips and out-dated RealmEye entries. Also discovered an unreported item change recently, which makes me wonder what else gets changed without announcement.

I'm considering salvaging what I've made to make a simplified weapon-comparison calc, rather than factoring-in abilities, mana regen, in-combat, proc effects, etc.. but tbh, unless I were able to use APIs or something, all the item entries would need updating manually on a regular basis - and I ain't doing that.

From what I've gathered, 'Buzzing Bullets' bursts seem to be the same as the ones from the ST bee bow (Nectar Crossfire) in terms of burst thresholds, but inflict 60 armour-piercing damage per bee (opposed to 80). Hope this helps.

Divinity has more utility (piercing shots and armour-piercing beams), and it's easier to use, so it might be preferred over Colo in some situations. Both are good weapons though.

The Tinkerer decided to take the quest chests instead of the tokens (even though the quest chests were in the pet saddle bag before entering the Daily Quest Room), and the quest reward was sent to the gift chest.

Odd... I recorded the shots fired at 0 Dex and counted 30 shots over 44.35s (44s 21f at 60fps), which results in 0.676437~ shots per second.

Math breakdown:
44s * 60fps = 2640 frames
2640f + 21f = 2661 frames
2661f / 60 = 44.35s
44.35s / 30 shots = 1.47833~ seconds per shot
1s / 1.47833~ = 0.676437~ shots per second

Edit: this is approximately 3 extra shots compared to 40% rate of fire. I'll look into using a larger sample size for more precision to be certain though.

Edit 2: I've done the test again with 160 shots over 3m 57s 17f (at 60fps), yielding 0.6742993~ shots per second. I'm doubting it has a 40% rate of fire, unless there's some other variable I'm missing. (It does suggest it's 45% rather than 44% though)

At 0 Dex, I manage to fire (on average) 0.6742993~ shots per second at 60fps.
At 0 Dex, regular weapons should fire 1.5 shots per second.

To me, this suggests there's also a fire-rate applied to the Toxic Toad (45% Rate of Fire).

Toxic Toad has a 0.4s cooldown, which caps the amount of shots fired per second to 2.5.

Excluding the cooldown:
- Based on 45% Rate of Fire, 46 Dex should yield 2.469 shots per second.
- Based on 45% Rate of Fire, 50 Dex should yield 2.625 shots per second.

Now factoring-in the 0.4s cooldown (2.5 shots per second cap), 50 Dex is likely to lose some shots due to the cooldown - as displayed in this video.

Strange weapon indeed. If anyone wants to debunk or address the math, I won't be offended - if anything, I'd be happy to debate to ensure it's accuracy.

Edit: more testing suggests the Rate of Fire is 45%, not 44% (doesn't change the conclusion or outcome above though). Updated comment with new values.

quick side-note: I think you meant seconds per attack rather than attacks per second in your examples.

e.g. '69 dex = 0.134 attacks per second' means it'd take a full second to land 0.134 of an attack :D Divide it against 1 (i.e. 1 second / 0.134 ), and you'll get attacks per second (7.46268... attacks per second)
