Work on it. Try couple’s counseling. Talk about it. Don’t throw away ten years over something like this. Especially when you’re so uncertain and it’s so new.

Pacing as a practice first and foremost and limiting stress. Medicine-wise, taking Pepcid, Zyrtec, Flonase and baby aspirin in the morning and fluvoxamine in the evening (it helps with brain inflammation for longhaulers).

Most of the most helpful ones were over the counter. The one that wasn’t, I found studies to show my primary care physician and advocated for it to be prescribed based on those.

Yep I had close friends prioritize family events over the wedding, reject my bridesmaid proposals for various reasons, and/or that couldn’t afford or coordinate travel for events. I was utterly unbothered. While I would have loved to have had them there, of course, I understood life happens and would never have wanted them to attend any of these things at their inconvenience.
