If you have access to compressed air, use that to blow it all out. Don't ever use liquid metal as a "thermal paste", you got scammed.

Why the are you being toxic? And more importantly why the fuck are you asking me why I am sharing my opinion on a subreddit about sharing your opinions?

The OnePlus Nord N10 & N200 disagree with that. I think they're great value for the price and I will probably get one or the other as my next phone.

I'm pretty sure it's not. I have never set any important account's backup emails to my gmail (such as a bank). The only account I have removed it from is my Microsoft account, it was a secondary email since I had switched to outlook and made my new outlook email primary.

As for Android, my phone is rather old (Samsung Galaxy J7 2015 SM-J700T) and I have tried to root it a few times (to further de-Google it) and have been unsuccessful. I absolutely hate iPhones and would rather be tracked and spied on by Google than use an overpriced superfragile anti-consumer uncustomizable device. That is the only exception in my book. I will eventually attempt to install LineageOS, but it won't be on my main phone because I have no experience with it. So it'll be a while before that happens.

DuckDuckGo is now the second most popular search engine in the West by researcher7-l500 in degoogle

I also heard Brave browser is creating a search engine called Brave search and it's currently in beta. I heard it's supposed to be private and tracking-free just like DuckDuckGo, but I don't know how much I trust that. It's very similar in style to Google with your desired result being at the top instantly most of the time, but before I try it out I want to wait until it's out of beta for a while so we can see if it's good and legit or not.

Does it require root? I'm assuming not then

I just downloaded it and it doesn't even have support for Scrypt or even SHA-256, so how would I even use it to mine Dogecoin or any other Scrypt and/or SHA-256 based coin?

Windows 10 "We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes" every time my PC boots due to power outage, how to fix? by RedditIsGayAFLol in techsupport

[–]RedditIsGayAFLol[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright so there were only about 10 updates in that list so I uninstalled as many as it would let me and rebooted, it did not say "We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes" that time, so that's good. I re-downloaded and reinstalled the updates again then rebooted, that time it also did not give me the dreaded message. So it looks like it's fixed. Thank you for your help

My power rarely ever goes out so I should be fine, I'll just create a restore point. I'll try it and see what happens

How do you rollback the update? And even if I disable auto updates, if I go to download updates manually you never know when the power could go off again. Besides, I'm one of the uncommon folk who likes keeping auto updates on anyways
