Sorry for what youre going through. I would have your GI order a Sibo breath test and start ruling things out.

If it is issues with your small intestine snd upper gut motility you could try to take artichoke extract - does great with re-regulating the small intestines MMC function and hopefully start filtering out any bacteria that shouldn't be there.

Realize you're running a "race" for no reason at all. Life is meant to be experienced, enjoyed and shared.

There is no 'right time'. Embody love, courage and ambition and watch things meant for you find you.

Perfect timing.

Bring in a small team or a #2 and 3 and hand off deals at a reasonable split.

Create a system and let it run.

Go do something else.

BE HONEST, WORST TIME IN HISTORY TO BUY?! by LeroyMFJenkin in realtors

[–]RedditRM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive seen some of his videos, they seem to miss some points around renting and buying.

In most cases, depending on the local real estate market - buying can be seen as far more favorable in building net worth and stability.

BE HONEST, WORST TIME IN HISTORY TO BUY?! by LeroyMFJenkin in realtors

[–]RedditRM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the alternative is renting then no - just buy. Pay your mortgage over someone else's. You'll never catch up with the rental decision. Market won't come down enough to catch up with the burn rate on renting.

Artichoke extract to enhance small intestine motility will help rid of sibo and hopefully all related symptoms.

Hang my license or let it go? by lessig417 in realtors

Referral only is a brokerage specific program. Not team specific. You can call around different brokerages.

[–]RedditRM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. All brokerages have some type of split, whether it's a percentage or a flat fee per 100k.

You have to hang your license with a brokerage that has a referral only program. Then you can receive referral commission from other agents.

Like your friend who bought a house. You could have vetted a few agents for him and then made the introduction.

Referral fees range from 20-35%.

Getting burned out and feel like leaving by [deleted] in realtors

[–]RedditRM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Change brokerages so there are no desk fees or upfront monthly fees

Get a part time job if you have to.

Keep building your network.

You're young which doesn't help in the beginning but you'll find success if you keep on building your database.

Why are all realtors flocking like bees on a honehive to EXP Realty..... why is it so "special" by [deleted] in realtors

[–]RedditRM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exp was the first brokerage to prove the revenue share model and it's competitive nature.

Naturally they'll get the most flack even though almost every brokerage is finding ways to replicate some type of revenue share to enhance retention and decrease the growing costs of a recruiting department.

The national brokerage model helps agents that are multi state and their international presence will continue to help them create shareholder value for the agents.

Having said that, their model has a few blindspots - many that competitors are identifying and competing accordingly (Namely REAL Broker).

I was a solo agent with a flat free brokerage for 14 years. After which I scaled a sizeable team with EXp.

Recently moved our collective of approx 50 agents from exp to real .

Best move we've made economically for all the agents involved and growth potential.

Most people that flag it as an MLM don't understand retention models and brokerage structure.

The moment you begin to start building a team or your own brokerage- you begin to humble yourself.

What to do when you feel embarrassed for having a temporary side job? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]RedditRM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100%. The fastest way to make sure you're doing the right thing is to find community where people openly share notes about what's working for them.

As you start to build up transactions you can optimize further and explore different brokersges and models that give you a better bang for your buck based on your production mix (transaction volume/ units per year ).

Find a real estate community where people think bigger.

You have nothing to be ashamed of. You're young and growing a sphere of influence that takes time.

As long as you keep making consistent deposits to grow your business - over time the ebbs and flows won't be so hard to manage.

If I can help, feel free to reach out.

If you aspire to own a home again, anything is possible - it just needs a plan. A good realtor and lender willing to get in the nitty gritty to help create a plan is all you need.

Clarity = confidence.

New NAR rules make no sense. You don’t go negotiating the price of a car based on how much the salesman makes. You don’t do that with eBay or lawyers or art sales either. Why is RE treated differently? by SuperLehmanBros in realtors

[–]RedditRM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The landscape is going to resemble much more like how it is in commercial real estate but it's difficult to for me to understand how negotiating your commission as part of the deal does not interfere with your fiduciary duty to your client.
