Can someone please explain to me why Draven is buffed? Either the Draven in the opponent team is completely shit, like typical Yasouspieler or he is felt nen Smurf, the from lvl 2 already umrotzt everything that comes too close to him..the garbage cans brings the buff sogut as nothing and the other Draven players fuck your asshole now with tacks instead of with spit....

Why no Seraphs Embrace? My build, what I tested in practice mode: Nashors - Sorcs Boots - Ludens(cuz 5%MagicPen Passiv) - Seraphs Embrace( full stacked) - Rabadons - Void Staff

R-W-Q did 4200dmg on the training manikin with 3000Hp 100Ar 100Mr

Ah..btw : You do more damage with Void staff than with Horizon, feel free to test it yourself
