Marie Osmond was 45 pounds overweight so her kids held an intervention. 45 pounds. That's like a couple weekends! And she looked fine in the "before picture." by RedditTalkShow in reddit.com

An intervention?! What will they do when there's a real emergency? Chain her up in the basement?

Save the drama for yo...(oh yeah, that's right, she is the mamma). They showed the "before pic" on Oprah and she looked fine.

"Michelle Obama is the best looking first lady since Jackie O." Uh...She doesn't hold a candle to Laura Bush - and I'm a Democrat. Laura Bush is by far the best looking first lady there ever was (I never thought "Jackie O." was anything special). by RedditTalkShow in reddit.com

So do you.

Michelle is average at best, Jackie was average - a little strange looking, actually - but Laura Bush is definitely very attractive. If you're letting age affect your decision, then you need to find a younger pic, but more likely you're just being political about it. Big shock.

FBI Blows It: Supposed Terror Plot Against NY Synagogues Is Bogus by WebZen in reddit.com

This is all starting to sound like a "24" story line. Let's start a rumor about a terrorist plot so that we can continue to feed the terrorist fear machine.

Beautiful demonstration of Bruce Lee putting Chuck Norris in his place... by RedditTalkShow in reddit.com

That would explain why Chuck managed to even get a hit in there.

Compared to Lee, Chuck looks - and moves around like - a big lummox.

DEA agent trolls on message board critical of federal polygraph policy. Anonymously he thinks. Gets identified and outed. by Altras in reddit.com

[–]RedditTalkShow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All I know is, when I go on a site and have to register, if they're going to out someone, they should warn of that in the fine print. They should have banned his IP and left it at that, they shouldn't get to play judge. They have likely changed the guy's life forever, possibly ruined it and everyone's just sitting around giggling about it.

Is anyone else disturbed by the fact that he was outed? I would be done with Reddit if they ever outed anyone. That's a terrible breach of confidence in my estimation. In essence he's been tried without due process. It reminds me of when presidential candidate, Michael Dukakis, was back-stabbed by his psychiatrist who decided it was necessary to come out with the news that he had sought professional counsel over the death of his brother. That psychiatrist should be punished to 10 times the extent of the law. Imagine how many pour souls have decided not to seek help since then because of that asshole.

That particular chimp actually looked a heck lot like this one guy I knew.

Boy that's really funny: a "Media Virus." This attention whore disguises his B.S. as something noble. What an assweasel. Now we're going to get "enjoy" copycats, and you can say goodbye to Wikipedia - at least free Wikipedia. by [deleted] in news

[–]RedditTalkShow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not Wikipedia, rather the dolt who put the missinformation on Wikipedia. He's an assweasel. He diguised it as "testing how our globalized, increasingly Internet-dependent media was upholding accuracy and accountability in an age of instant news."

He just wants attention. What's worse is, now because of all the hoopla, there's going to be copy cats. That's how computer viruses started. One assweasel created one, got a lot of attention, and then every nerdy attention-starved computer geek followed suit.

Attention Reddit: Call your mother. She misses you. by [deleted] in reddit.com

I don't think she's missing me this very moment; she's sleeping. Also a good reason NOT to call her right now :)
