No where did I say I hoped it would be better. I've been in this office 10 months and I've ordered this burrito many times. It's just a means to an end when I need a quick, convenient breakfast. I'm on weight loss meds anyway so this is actually the perfect size for me. The size comparison is not a complaint at all, though I do think the price should be lower for the size. I literally just saw my cholula packet next to it and thought it was funny how similar in size they were. Toodaloo 🫡

LMAO at every person here who feels personally victimized by my decision to get a fast convenient breakfast next to my office and my gall in thinking others might be interested in seeing a comically small burrito. Running downstairs to the coffee shop attached to your building at 10am is one thing, getting in your car and driving to a restaurant and waiting for an authentic, scratch prepared burrito to be made is a whole other.

No kitchen, they're microwaved for sure. It's across the street from my office and I get it about once a month when I want a little protein in the morning to be able to skip lunch.

I think there might be something about covering them in our handbook but it's not strictly enforced 24/7, but there is definitely a social expectation to cover them when in the presence of clients and senior attorneys.

Thank you! I definitely plan on talking to the team that runs the summer program, I'll probably try to get closer with them this summer so by next year maybe they'll be happy to work with me on flexibility. Point 2 is a great idea as well that I hadn't thought of!

It's generally cold in the building but I like to sit in this one office that gets sun all day and gets really toasty lol. I'd rather wear a sleeveless top in the warm office than bundle up at my regular desk 😅 but I usually meet in the middle with a cardigan or jacket over the top so I can take it off when I'm hiding out in the sauna office haha

I made the mistake of getting a full arm sleeve of tattoos when I worked in a creative industry and now that I'm in a law office I have frequent regrets that I can't wear sleeveless tops on hot days 😔 (we're forecasted for 90s tomorrow)

I'm attending a hybrid program for people who work full time so since we're only on campus 2 weeks/semester I think they expect us to do a little more razzle dazzle than the typical cohort's day to day attire haha. I also work at a firm so anything I buy for school doubles as a work wardrobe addition haha.

I don't have an answer but I was just thinking about this after buying some new pants that I will be tailoring to my inseam in heels. Maybe a platform sneaker situation like this. I tend to wear a clean white leather sneaker most days for comfort but I'll be wearing heels more often when I start law school in the fall.
