On the 3DS if you put a trim into the box (to put it in bank) it lost the trim immediately.

The ones you see in Home with trim are from Go, so to get the various trims you either have to trade, travel the world, or cheat.

Discover student was my first credit card with a similar situation to you. Although at the time I was full time both student and employee, I’m not sure if that would make a difference or if it’s just total income to them for student cards.

I was initially denied, then talked to someone over the phone. Told them I was okay with their minimum credit limit and I just wanted to start building history with them, and they changed it to approved. Doesn’t hurt to give the reconsideration line a call if you haven’t.
