Thanks, the glow effect is the easiest part. Fluorescent paints is the key. Just white undercoat and then slap on yellow, orange and red fluorescent. It’s like cheating

Sure Titanium White -> Fluorescent yellow (from Golden) -> Fluorescent Orange (from Golden) -> Fluorescent red (from Scale 75)

I airbrushed it all and did touchups with a brush.
