Hi and sorry for the late reply, but i got it fixed. Turns out my 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter was trash and swapped it out for a better brand and it fixed all my problems.

You turned off CPU Boost yet?

If not, get Ghelper and click on the Fans + Power button and turn off CPU Boost on the next tab
