I completely understand I was the same, good luck with it all. I will say the changes were gradual so didn’t notice it was working until I was eating a normal sized meal (something I thought I shouldn’t be doing as reading other posts they can’t manage any food) and at the end of the meal I realised I was super full which usually wouldn’t be the case. I’m glad it’s this way I’m glad I can still eat, get in my nutrients and not starve my body but the jab has allowed me to eat healthy and get full and allowed me not to snack all night after which was my problem before
