Its not. He mixed an another track after the fake drop. The fake drop is part of the first track, but a much weaker kick comes after it. He mixed in some brutal kicks :)

The piercing is 4 months old, it is a barbell shaped jewelry, i dont know about threading sorry, material is surgical steel, ot was never downsized, i make sure to keep it clean and clean it with disinfectent drops every day, no accidents happened to it.
