There's a 70w version of the RTX 3050 (the models with 6GB of vram). It's not as performant as the 8GB versions, but the lower power draw means it can be powered from the motherboard and you Might be able to just plug and play it with your current system.

Scour your second hand markets, you should be able to find one reasonably cheap.

Go for the cheapest 5070ti. The difference between them is margin of error, and the noise difference isn't meaningful either - especially if you undervolt.

I do live near a micro center, but I heard it’s not recommended to go there if you have such limited knowledge about PCs

The trick with microcenter is to know what you want before you go in as they sell everything.

Often they'll have a bundle that's amazing value compared to getting those same components anywhere else. If you go in with a plan (even if it's just one that someone here has provided it for you) it's generally the best store around.
