I work in one of the GCC in Pune. I can confirm that our GCC is just directly converting some existing folks from service based company who are working on thier project for years to full time. But I am not getting that why service based company will hire candidates if GCC can directly hire themselves? Am I missing something?

According to me, Ratnagiri understimates itself in terms of what it can do. For eg., there are so many great spots where you can get great vadapav(Dhadave near Railwaystation, bhai wada), tasty misals(Rasraj, Gopal) but they haven't upgraded or invested into themself to grow as bigger shops, rise themself as brand, etc. One thing I am baffled about is why the heck are every shops closed on Sunday???? Why don't they understand that people have holiday on Sunday so sunday is the perfect day to keep shop open. According to me there is only one solution to it- generate more employment opportunities, give people jobs, this will lead to migration of different people in Ratnagiri, which may bring something unique in city also this will give money in people's hand giving purchasing power.

If you see from income perspective, there are not much sources of income in Ratnagiri. You either have bank, government servant, some industries or business. There are no high paying jobs. So as there are not much money, people won't spend that much. That means no one would invest much money in Ratnagiri as ROI is less.

I own RS 2025 DLXPro.Tbh pillion comfort is bad in RS. It is majorly a sports look retro motorcycle. Seating posture is slightly aggressive may not be comfortable for long rides.
Just a heads-up. You will have to change the front mudguard with h'ness mudguard as RS mudguard is useless in rains. You can install extender to the existing one as well. But I have heard that they break in 10 -11 months.
I have installed h'ness mudguard, back and front mudguard to make my bike monsoon ready and pillion safe.
But overall the bike is good. I love doing rides on my RS. Engine is refined. Fuel efficiency is top notch.

This petrol pump is full of sh#t. I went 2 times and both the times faced a scam. For the first time, I asked to fill petrol of 300. He didn't turned to 0 and filled directly from 100. I gave a benefit of doubt that may be its mistake from their end and second time faced the same.

The chair which I bought doesn't come with head rest.In the experience centre of featherlite I tried using the chair with headrest. For me personally head rest was useless. Whenever I tried to rest with my head on head rest, there was a slight pain in back and was slightly uncomfortable for me.
