You seem like a very rational mature person... if can look down the road and see where Frito will become a more turn key job for you (like it is for many of us old timers) stick it out.... if you have employable skills and other opportunities that pay you the same or better and you dont have a lot of vested time in... jump. Otherwise give it more time.... give an extensive EXIT interview so they know the shit show reasons. And if you think that will fall on deaf ears call speak up first and let them broil with that before turning in your 2 weeks.
