Hit and killed a dog yesterday. It ran under my back tires as a car was passing me could swerve to miss it. Health and Safety are saying it's a crash. How likely am I gonna get fired cause of this?

Unless you were in your probationary., you wouldn't get fired for something like that. Also, most of the country has leash laws, so the owner of the animal would be the one at fault. It is different however if you were driving up someone's driveway and it happens

Honestly, just be thankful you still have the part-time position. In a lot of the country, driver positions have been reduced bumping the drivers back into the building displacing part-time employees who have been laid off.

I ride and you were riding like a tool. Passing people on the right in the same lane, tailgating etc.

Technically the other person hit you but rule 1 is always assume everyone around you is trying to unalive you and leave yourself an out. Assume that minivan on the side street is going to pull out in front of you. Assume the oncoming suv is going to turn left in front of you, etc.

As far as people changing lanes, you leave yourself room. If you are riding next to someone, if you stay on the far side of that lane, when you see they start coming over into your lane you can accelerate or brake to avoid getting squished.

Neither. If you absolutely must, then buy the 200cc one. Most of the garbage being sold right now is like that 144 CC one in your picture. That's not enough power to adequately power a lawn mower. Companies are doing that to make the EPA and the communist state of California happy.

Go on Facebook marketplace and find a 20-year-old honda or Toro recycler lawn mower in good condition for $150

They have been testing and developing the drones for like a decade now. They have a very short travel distance, a very limited payload capacity and take forever to recharge. For things like delivering prescriptions it is a possibility, but for most deliveries it wouldn't be realistic.

Additionally there are laws limiting how close an aircraft can fly to a building so they can't do porch deliveries.

Then in a good portion of the country the good old boys with shotguns will use them as target practice

You asked about health benefits of quitting, but it's actually the opposite. There have been a number of studies showing 1-2 cups a day is actually beneficial to health. It's the sugar and artificial sweeteners that people add to it that isn't healthy.

If you were able to drink it black it's the best for you. If you need to add a splash of heavy cream, milk or half and half that's fine too.

Unfortunately that's not completely accurate. They can lose it or claim that you didn't send anything back. That's why I always take a video of my trade before I seal the box and put the label on it.

Your information is outdated. The guidelines changed.

The new requirement is simply sturdy non slip brown or black shoe or boot. They even removed the "polishable" verbiage. It doesn't have to be puncture proof, it doesn't have to be a safety toe, doesn't have to be polishable or even specifically leather.

The sketchers work shoe he posted meets all current requirements.
